Holiday Schedule:
Our office will have limited hours or be closed during the following holidays and winter break so that our employees can spend more time with their families.
- November 24-27, 2022: CLOSED Thanksgiving Holiday
- December 24, 2022 - January 8, 2023: CLOSED Christmas & New Year's Winter Break Holiday
Please note our holiday schedule and plan accordingly when mailing in applications with rush service or deadlines. If you need your evaluation to be completed before the holiday schedules, the last day for us to receive applications requesting rush service in our mail box are as follows:
If you need your evaluation completed before the Thansgiving holiday, the last day for us to receive your application by mail is:
- 5 Business Day Rush: November 16, 2022 by 11:00 AM PST
- 2 Business Day Rush: November 21, 2022 by 11:00 AM PST
If you need your evaluation completed before the Christmas & New Year's Winter Break holiday, the last day for us to receive your application by mail is:
- 5 Business Day: December 16, 2022 by 11:00 AM PST
- 2 Business Day: December 21, 2022 by 11:00 AM PST
Plan ahead! We recommend that you plan to have your application arrive at least the day before any deadline mentioned above. USPS generally does not have any specified time of delivery on a delivery date, and couriers such as UPS/FedEx/DHL may offer delivery before 11:00 AM PST, but your package may not actually be put into our box for pick up until after 11:00 AM PST, which would not be picked up until the following business day.
Please note that upon receiving your application, if more items are needed to complete your evaluation, the rush service start date will not start until all payment, documents and information required are provided to complete an evaluation. This may result in completion taking place after the holiday schedule time frame. All rush services during this time frame starting after the dates mentioned above, will pause at the start of the holiday schedule, and resume rush service starting the following business day after the holiday schedule.
Applicants may continue to send in applications at any time during our holiday schedule. Incoming package will continue to be safely collected throughout the holiday schedule. Routine evaluations (no rush service requested) received during our holiday schedule will be processed the following business day after each holiday schedule. We predict only a slight delay and continue to estimate 2-4 weeks to complete after being processed for routine requests.
All applications must be sent in by mail. Walk-in services are not offered at this time. Applications received during the Thanksgiving holiday schedule will be processed when our office resumes operations on Monday, November 28, 2022. Applications received during the Christmas & New Year's Winter Break holiday schedule will be processed when our office resumes operations on Monday, January 9, 2023.
